Overview

Scholars are the Transcendent variants of Sages. The class continues to specialize in elemental magic, support skills, and battlefield control while expanding its ability to assist allies and hinder enemies. Existing Sage skills remain effective, while Double Casting gives Scholars a chance to cast certain offensive spells twice.

Scholars also gain powerful skills that further expand the class's combat options. Mind Breaker increases a target's Magic Attack while reducing Magic Defense. Soul Change transfers SP between the Scholar and another target, making it one of the class's signature support abilities.

Job Changing

Scholars require Job Level 50 as a High Mage before advancing to the class.
