Card System
Summary: Cards are rare items that can be slotted into equipment to provide additional stats, elemental properties, skill enhancements, or unique special effects. They play an important role in customizing and optimizing your character build.
How to Obtain
Monster Drops
Cards primarily drop directly from the monsters themselves. For example, defeating a Poring gives you a small chance to obtain a Poring Card. When a card drops, a special visual effect will appear on-screen, making it easy to spot so you won't miss it.
Info
- Base card drop rates are traditionally very low (typically around 0.01%).
- While in Comodo Party for normal card (0.03%), for Mini Boss and MVP (0.01%), meaning you will likely need to defeat a large number of monsters to find one, unless luck is on your side.
Old Card Albums (OCA)
Another reliable way to acquire cards is by opening an Old Card Album. This consumable item generates one random card from the entire game's database, excluding Mini Boss and MVP cards. Old Card Albums have a low drop rate from some normal monsters and have a quite decent drop rate from MVP.

They can also be won via the Kafra Lottery or earned through upcoming special events in Comodo Party.
How It Works
To use a card, you must install (or compound) it into a piece of equipment that possesses an open slot,
indicated by a suffix like [1] to [4] on the item's name.
Each card is restricted to a specific equipment slot (e.g., Weapon, Armor, Shield, Headgear, Garment, Footwear, or Accessory). You can right-click a card in your inventory to see its designated slot and specific attributes. The card's bonuses will automatically take effect as soon as you equip the slotted gear.
Warning
- If a piece of equipment breaks during a failed refinement attempt, both the equipment and any slotted cards will be permanently destroyed.
- Cards cannot be removed, extracted, or recovered once they have been inserted into a piece of equipment.
- Choose your card combinations carefully before slotting them into your gear.
Card Sets
Certain cards are designed to work together as a Card Set. When you equip a specific combination of cards across your gear, you unlock powerful bonus effects.

Many individual cards in a set may seem underwhelming on their own, but become significantly more powerful when the full set is equipped.
Revamped Cards
In Comodo Party, many cards have been revamped with updated effects and bonuses. These changes make previously overlooked cards more useful, introduce new build possibilities, and strengthen classic playstyles with more impactful options.
