Overview
The Wizard class is the primary second job advancement of the Mage class, specializing in powerful elemental magic and large-scale area attacks. Wizards can harness the forces of fire, ice, lightning, and earth to devastate groups of enemies while controlling the battlefield with crowd control effects such as freezing, stunning, and trapping foes.
As one of the strongest magic damage dealers in the game, Wizards are highly valued for their ability to clear monster packs efficiently and provide support during difficult encounters. Their wide variety of offensive and utility spells allows them to adapt to many situations, making them a popular choice for both solo play and party content.
After reaching Base Level 99 and Job Level 50, Wizards can transcend and begin a new journey through a stronger High-class path. By advancing through the transcendent route and reaching Second Class once again, they can evolve into High Wizard.

Mages at Job Level 50 can skip this test. Only Mages between Job Levels 40 and 49 need to collect the required items.

You must score at least 90 points out of 100 to pass the written examination.

After passing the written examination, speak with Gloomy Wizard . You will be teleported to the testing area. Enter the chat room when ready and wait for your turn. Only one player may take the practical examination at a time.

The next test consists of three monster-filled rooms. You must clear each room within 3 minutes. Failing to defeat all monsters in time or being defeated will result in failure, requiring you to restart the test.
Note
If you are unable to complete this test, you can skip it by reaching the Water Room boss and failing five times. Afterward, bring a Worn Out Scroll to the Gloomy Wizard to automatically pass.
